Transmuting stagnant energy into a flow state so you can feel balanced again and have ease through your journey. Reiki is a movement of energy, energy is everywhere in a scientific perspective, it never dies, it doesn't go away but it can change. With our session, we will spend some time communicating problems, setting intention, clearing your electromagnetic field/aura, allowing your nervous system to find comfort in some topical relief, tea and the infrared crystal grounding mat while we embark on a journey to clear your chakras and any other pin points that need further attention/adjusting. I use my energy to help your energy allow you to heal yourself. xo
